I stepped in to for an ill coworker last week to do infant toddler storytime. While I am not glad she was sick, I’m glad I got a chance to do a Dad storytime, since I did one featuring Mothers a month ago. It felt like it evened things out a bit.

THOUGHTS ON THIS STORYTIME:
Dads are fun for storytime, I just wish I had more time when planning so I could have gotten some of the other great books that are out there and perfect for this age group.
I only did one book at this storytime so I could sign kids up for our Summer Reading Program that had started earlier that week. Daddies was a great book, though and we had fun acting like all the different animals mentioned in the story.
ATTENDANCE: 10 am: 40 people 11 am: 48 people
